Book online at goobii.ae. Pick your wash, your car, where it is parked and a time, then pay. It takes about a minute. You can also book in the Goobii app, or message Jamal on WhatsApp if you would rather ask a question first.
Aura is our everyday exterior wash. Glow is the premium one, and the difference is in the products and the depth, not just the panels. Glow uses ceramic infused tire dressing that holds its finish longer than matte, treats every window and the windshield with ceramic glass cleaner, cleans the wheel bays rather than just the wheel faces, and works every edge, corner and door shut by hand. It uses about a third more product than an Aura and it takes longer.
Absolute means the inside is included. Aura Absolute adds a full interior clean to the Aura wash: all garbage out, vacuumed throughout, the boot cleared and vacuumed, and every surface you touch daily disinfected. Glow Absolute is the most complete wash we do, and it adds carpets out, the door frames, cup holders, vents, seatbelts, under the seats and a detailed boot on top of the Glow exterior. About nine in ten of our customers choose an Absolute.
It depends on the wash and on the car. An exterior wash is the quickest and an Absolute takes longest, because a full interior is a lot more work than it looks. Larger vehicles take longer than sedans. Your Liink will confirm on arrival.
Every wash and every plan shows a price for a sedan and a price for an SUV, on the services page and again before you pay. There is nothing to work out and nothing added at the end.
A larger vehicle takes more time and more product. The price is set by the size of the car, not chosen at checkout, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
A plan is a set number of washes each month for one price, and it works out cheaper per wash than booking one at a time. Spark is four washes a month, Flow is eight, and Orbit is twelve across up to two cars. Pulse is four washes with the inside done every single time. Orbit covers up to two cars. The other plans cover one. On a two car plan the price follows the larger of the two vehicles.
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay for a single wash. A plan renews each month, which needs a card, so Apple Pay and Google Pay cannot be used for subscriptions. We tell you this on the payment screen rather than letting you find out at the end.
Usually not. Leave the access details when you book and we will come to the car where it is parked. If your wash includes the inside, the car does need to be unlocked or the keys made available. This is the part most people like about a plan: the car simply gets washed.
Yes, and it is most of what we do. We work in your own parking space with no hose and no socket, so there is no runoff and nothing for building management to object to.
Under 3 liters per wash, against roughly 100 for a typical hose wash, which is about 97% less. That is what our Sooftwash process is for. It is also why we can work in covered parking where a hose would never be allowed.
Yes. We use professional car care products, including Angelwax tire and trim dressings, and every vehicle gets a fresh set of clean microfiber towels. Towels are never carried from one car to the next, which is what causes the fine swirl marks you see after a cheap wash.
Yes. We take a set of before and after photographs at every single wash, from several angles. They are proof the work was done and the first reference if there is ever a question about condition. You can ask us for your set at any time.
No, and that is deliberate on every tier including Glow Absolute. Lifting the boot floor means moving a jack, tools and whatever else is stored under there, and putting it all back exactly as we found it is not something we are willing to promise. We would rather tell you than have you find out.
On an Absolute we empty your door pockets, clean them, and put every item back exactly where we found it. Loose valuables are best taken with you, as with any service, but nothing gets rearranged or thrown away unless it is clearly rubbish.

Yes. Goobii Car Washing LLC is a licensed Dubai company and holds the permits required to do this work. Our team are employed and vetted, not casual labor, and you will know who is coming.
